HOW TO ORDER
It's very simple to order your travertine tiles
from travertine warehouse. We regularly ship all over the
country and to the Caribbean, so whether you're right next door
or 3,000 miles away, we can make sure your materials arrive when
you want them, and in a good condition.
Simply email or call us with any questions you might have. We'll
take some basic information down and call around to get the best
freight rates possible for you. We'll then provide you with a
detailed proposal for the material you're interested in along
with the applicable delivery fees. If everything looks
acceptable to you, we collect payment via credit card, check, or
wire transfer, and will ship your material usually within 48
hours.
If you want to order samples, the process is similar. We collect
some basic information and your credit card information, and
process most sample requests same day, and ship them UPS ground,
unless otherwise requested. You are billed directly by UPS for
any freight costs, and usually will receive your samples within
2 to 3 days depending on your location.
