Our order arrived on time,
expertly packaged for minimum breakage, and is very nice
looking as we remove the pavers from the pallets. The colors
are very nice and much more varied than I had envisioned. So
far, and we are nearly complete with our unpacking, we have
"zero" broken pavers. We only have 2 or three with small
chips that will add to the appeal. Thanks for your attention
to the details of your inspections, packaging, delivery
carrier selection, and the great prices. We plan to begin
installing in a few weeks and are getting excited to see the
end results.

Everything looks AWESOME! Once we
get the paint and lights up, I will have to send you a before
and after shot for you to use. I will send a quick e-mal after
this one with a "so far" pick. We had enough to use that we
didn't have to worry about those broken pieces. It looks like I

I'll try and remember to send you photos when it's all
complete, although as I'm doing it myself it may take a
while. What is the smallest gap you recommend between the
tiles? As it is such a beautiful color, we would like to
see as little grout as possible.

I would like to commend a couple of your employees on my recent transaction with Travertine Warehouse. From my first calls to Travertine Warehouse and my subsequent visit with my wife to your showroom Mary was great to deal with. She gave me all the information we needed, not only by phone but also by E-mail. After we came to the show room and picked out what we wanted, she co-ordinated with our builder and arranged a delivery date and supplied us with diagrams for the installation using the French Pattern design. Our stone was delivered yesterday morning, right on time at 8 A.M. and the driver was also very efficient and courteous. Our paver gang started at 8 and by 7 last nite my new lanai deck was laid. I am sure that if it hadn't been for Mary we probably wouldn't have spent the extra money to have Travertine installed and today we are really glad we did. Also, our contractor, was thoroughly impressed with Mary and Travertine Warehouse and I am sure he will be doing future business with your firm. So again, My wife and I would just like you to know what a pleasure it was to deal with a sales person such as Mary who did all the little extra things that most sales people overlook. We certainly will recommend Mary and Travertine Warehouse in the future.

Our tile installer made several comments about how good the quality of the tile is - uniform in the cuts and in the thickness. Your customer service was also top-notch. I just spoke with her and promised I'd send pictures of what we have completed so far - just the "new" bathroom. Hoping these pictures do justice, it's a small bathroom attached to the Mother-in-Law Suite we just added. There are still a few finishing touches to complete, but the tile is done! Both floor and tub surround is from your shop. Of course it looks better in person! Also, I wanted to mention that her assistance through this entire process really made my job a lot easier - and eased my mind tremendously that I was getting the right product for what I wanted to do. I knew what I wanted, but not sure how to get there and she made all the difference in the world in helping me create in real life what I was dreaming in my head! Big kudos to her!! This was definitely a TEAM effort!! So thanks again for the fabulous help and support from you all and providing us better product that I could find here for an incredible price!
