Since our entire inventory is naturally sourced, there will be slight variations in the consistency of color.

We recommend requesting samples and pictures of our most recent production to ensure your design needs are met.

How long is my Travertine Warehouse quote valid?

Your quote is valid for 7 days after the creation of the quote.

Material availability and pricing are subject to change. Contact your Travertine Warehouse Stone Specialists to confirm product pricing and availability.

Please note: Quote requests DO NOT hold material for your order.

To place a hold on material, you must complete a sales transaction with a minimum of a 50% deposit to hold material.

What information do I need to provide when placing my order?

Our sales representatives need the following information to send you a personalized quote: 

  • Product size, color, and finish
  • Desired quantity in the number of pieces or square feet. 
  • Any accessories or custom fabrication pieces
  • Billing and Shipping information 
  • Payment information 

You will receive a quote for your desired materials, delivery charges, and a payment authorization link. All documents must be signed and returned to complete the order process.  

The material I want is out of stock. What should I do?

Provided the item is not discontinued, orders can still be placed and the desired material will be held when the next shipment arrives.

Lead times vary per material so contact your Stone Specialist for details on lead time and incoming quantity.

I ordered the wrong material. How can I return it?

All material must be inspected upon delivery or within 24 hours to be eligible for return.

Please document any problems or concerns with ordered materials with photos of the product in the original packaging and send them in with your return request.

Issues at the time of delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt with the driver to make sure we are always aware of the status of your order.

All return requests must be pre-approved. Please get in touch with your sales representative for return authorization.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Travertine Warehouse does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

Your Travertine Warehouse sales representative or a member of our logistics department will follow up weekly with the status of your order.

Let your representative know your approximate time frame for delivery when placing your order.

Once your delivery is confirmed, it cannot be canceled within 24 hours of shipping. If your order is not confirmed, you forfeit delivery of your shipment.

Travertine Warehouse reserves the right to charge order freight costs for cancellations within 24 hours.

We accommodate shipping requests to the best of our ability, but we must choose a delivery date with a grace period of three business days.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?

Depending on your shipping address, we estimate 3-5 business days from the order date for LTL shipments.

Truckload shipments may take 1-3 business days to book and arrive in 2-5 business days.

Your Travertine Warehouse sales and freight representatives will give you more information when your order is placed.

How do I change the shipping address on my order?

If your order is already placed, you need to contact your sales representative to change your shipping address.

Any change of address requires a signature on a revised sales order as confirmation of the final destination.

Changes to the shipping address after your order is shipped will result in the customer being financially responsible for all additional charges.

Travertine Warehouse is not accountable for additional shipping charges or delivery fees.

What if I can't receive my delivery?

If you cannot receive your delivery, additional charges will apply to reschedule your delivery.

Travertine Warehouse recommends a backup plan for having an adult over 18 years of age receive your shipment if you cannot accept the delivery.

Can I place an order with a receiving location different from the purchasing location?

Absolutely!

Provide the billing and shipping address to your sales representative when they create your quote to insurance the information is included in the sales order.

Is it good to use a sealer on tile floors?

Our Natural Stone Experts recommend sealing your natural stone travertine, marble, or limestone with sealer.

Sealer is great for:

  • Adding protection
  • Ease of cleaning and maintenance
  • Long-term finish retention

How long until a sales representative contacts me?

After you complete the form, the sales team receives and generates your personalized quote.

In less than 2 hours, you should receive a call from one of our Natural Stone Experts to review your purchase inquiry and place your order.

I just placed my order. What happens next?

Once your order is placed, our freight team will contact you to schedule and verify your delivery.

You will also be given a time window to expect your delivery.

When is the payment for my order processed?

We process the payment as soon as you complete the Authorize.net link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change your order, provided it is not scheduled to ship in the next 24 hours.

Please note: Some changes require a new order to be created and signed.

Orders yet to be shipped are eligible to be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.

Don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative for cancelation eligibility if your order contains custom fabrication or special-order items.

How can I view my sales order?

You are emailed a receipt confirmation when you complete the online payment link for your order.

Your sales representative can also provide you with a copy of your sales order or invoice when you’d like.

What is a split shipment?

A split shipment is any order with components delivered at different times.

Large orders may be shipped on multiple trucks, resulting in different delivery dates.

Smaller LTL orders may be split due to carrier capacity limitations.

You will be notified in the event your shipment is split. Travertine Warehouse will always strive to provide the most affordable and convenient option.

What should I do if I receive damaged or missing product?

Inspect your delivery thoroughly upon receipt and report any missing or damaged items.

In the event of damage, contact your sales representative immediately. Only remove material from the crates once you are instructed to do so.

Please take pictures of any damaged material in its original packaging showing different angles of the crate.

Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Your sales representative will evaluate the damage and move forward with getting new replacement materials sent to you.

How can I track my shipment after ordering from Travertine Warehouse?

LTL (Less than Truckload) shipments can be tracked using the PRO number provided the day after your order is shipped.

You can either visit the carrier’s website or call the carrier’s customer service department with the PRO number to receive updates regarding your shipment.

Please note: tracking numbers are not provided with truckload shipments.

Additional information regarding the status of these shipments is coordinated between your Travertine Warehouse sales representative and the freight department.
