To place a hold on material, you must complete a sales transaction with a minimum of a 50% deposit to hold material.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
Depending on your shipping address, we estimate 3-5 business days from the order date for LTL shipments.
Truckload shipments may take 1-3 business days to book and arrive in 2-5 business days.
Your Travertine Warehouse sales and freight representatives will give you more information when your order is placed.
How long until a Travertine Warehouse sales representative contacts me?
After you complete the form, the sales team receives and generates your personalized quote.
In less than 2 hours, you should receive a call from one of our Natural Stone Experts to review your purchase inquiry and place your order.
Can I place an order with a delivery location different from the billing location?
Provide the billing and shipping address to your sales representative when they create your quote to insurance the information is included in the sales order.

You will also be given a time window to expect your delivery.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You can change your order, provided it is not scheduled to ship in the next 24 hours.
Please note: Some changes require a new order to be created and signed.
Orders yet to be shipped are eligible to be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.
