RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, request a return of the merchandise to Travertine Warehouse within 30 days for a refund.
We reserve the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges. Please also see below regarding the original packaging required for all approved returns.
IF APPROVED, ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS:
- Must be undamaged and in original receiving condition.
- Will be processed by the original payment method, if within 30 days of purchase.
- Over 30 days from purchase will be automatically denied.
- Where the original payment was cash or check, will be processed as a mail refund check.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIRED FOR RETURNS
Returns must be unopened and in their original purchased packaging and quantity. For example, if tile is purchased by the box, it must be returned by the box except as noted below:
- Individual pieces may be returned if purchased as a sample as indicated on the sales receipt.
- Decorative mosaics may be returned by the piece if unopened and still in their original packaging (cardboard backing and plastic wrapped)
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are sold as is, with no returns or exchanges.
Cancellations prior to shipping or eligible for cancelation without penalty and refunded in full, including all shipping costs.
Special orders may not be canceled once shipped from the special-order supplier.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned. Travertine Warehouse is not responsible for product defects or damage, property damage, or lost labor costs due to faulty installation.
Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of the product. Thoroughly inspect all products before installation, as use will constitute acceptance.
Installed flooring is considered the property of the owner/installer and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason.
1. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
*PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY SHIPMENT WITHOUT CONTACTING TRAVERTINE WAREHOUSE FIRST.*
If a shipment is refused, Travertine Warehouse will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return.

2. LOST IN TRANSIT
Call Customer Care at 1-877-817-7447 or email info@travertinewarehouse.com for assistance if a shipment is lost in transit.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
You can then contact your credit card company. However, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Or, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. SALE ITEMS
Only retail-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund.
